The evening Beginners class is moving to Mondays from 3rd of March. The last Tuesday class was 11th of February, there will be a two week pause before recommencing on Mondays.

Explanation of Classes
Beginners: Classes are suitable for students who are new to yoga or who have a little yoga experience and are wanting to get back on the mat. Students will be introduced to the foundations of yoga, a range of standing and seated poses are taught.
General: Classes are for students with some yoga experience, in this class student will start to be introduced to inversions and backbends.
Level 1: Students need to have a been attending classes regularly for minimum 12 months. Headstand and Shoulderstand are included.
Open Practice: The studio is open for students to come along and practice any time between 5.30am to 7.30am using the studio space and equipment. In an open practice some students might practice on their own or with other students.
Led Practice: The teacher will lead a sequence, asana names are called and demonstrated, minimum instruction is given. A minimum 12 months of experience is required, inversions will be included.
Physical Problems, Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
Please inform your teacher before class if you have a medical condition or any physical problems. It is not recommended that you begin a yoga practice when pregnant. Pregnant Women without an established yoga practice will not be taken on as new student. Students must check if the teacher is qualified to teach a pregnant woman.
Kate Partridge & Brad Thrupp are Certified Iyengar yoga teachers. Julie & Sarah have completed their Iyengar Yoga teacher training.
