Why practice yoga?

Yoga builds bone and core strength and improves flexibility.  A regular yoga practice will, over time, help your body become stronger and more flexible. In addition, Yoga’s positive effects on the body have a positive effect on the mind, building resilience and a calmer outlook towards life’s daily pressures.

What are the benefits of a regular yoga practice?

On the physical level, yoga increases the blood circulation to your internal organs, giving you stamina, balance, and increased flexibility.
Physiologically, yoga gives you an overall feeling of wellbeing.
On an emotional level, regular yoga practice gives you a feeling of contentment and steadfastness to face life’s challenges.
Intellectually, yoga heightens your level of creativity and awareness.
And finally, on a metaphysical level, yoga connects you to your spiritual belief.
