What type of yoga do you teach?
In Murwillumbah Yoga Centre, we teach Iyengar Yoga. Iyengar yoga is a form of Hatha (gentle) yoga that world renowned yoga instructor B.K.S Iyengar created so that all individuals, regardless of their age or level of fitness, could engage in the physically and mentally restorative practices of yoga.
Our teachers are all highly trained in the Iyengar yoga tradition, ensuring you a safe class and a supportive and enriching learning environment.
We are open from Monday to Saturday. Please check our timetable for class times.
We offer a wide range of Iyengar yoga classes, from beginners to advanced. Private lessons and group sessions are also available.
